Background checks also include social security numbers and birthdates. This personal information is strictly for transactions and communications between business owner and customer, as well as, for Florida law obligations.

We do not sell/trade/rent/advertise any personal information. Only trusted 3rd party providers may need personal information for completing business related transactions. We do keep record for ATF bookkeeping.

If required by law or in response to valid requests from law enforcement personnel, your information is able to be disclosed for legal obligations.

With permission from customer, we like to take photos and videos of certain firearms or services we provide and use them on our website or social media platforms. Again, no personal information will be disclosed in our advertising.
